The inclusion of perks like breakfast and an indoor pool adds notable value, considering Banff's higher-priced accommodations; I think it smartly balances cost with convenience. Solid Stay with Great Amenities

underground parkingrelaxing hot tubquality glasswarefirm bed
The hotel featured underground parking for my vehicle. I found the included hot tub and swimming pool relaxing after a day outdoors. My room had glassware instead of paper cups, a touch I appreciated. The beds were firm, a personal preference that enhanced my sleep.
The breakfast area felt cramped during peak hours.
Dining
9/10
The breakfast buffet offered potato wedges, scrambled eggs, sausage, and pancakes. Muffins, bread, cereals, and oatmeal were available too. Juice, coffee, and milk completed the selection (the juice options were surprisingly good).

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

small breakfast areaearly charge
The breakfast area was too small. It became very crowded each morning. The hotel attempted to charge my card early and then applied a cancellation fee while I was en route. This occurred because my card requires two-step verification (a standard security measure these days).
