Nice Mountain Stay
friendly staff underground parking breakfast choice king bed
I found the staff very friendly. They helped me with directions. The room was neat, and the king-size bed provided great comfort after long days. The underground parking was invaluable. It kept my car safe from weather. Breakfast offered several choices, including fresh fruit and pastries.
The elevator was a bit slow at peak times.

the hotel provides free underground parking it was very convenient the location is also good it is about a 10 minute walk to downtown i also liked that the hotel is pet friendly
the reception lady was not friendly she was short with me the garage was super narrow and the ceilings were low as soon as i walked in i smelled a sour wet musty odor

spacious room clean room comfortable bed stocked breakfast
I had a spacious and clean room with a mini refrigerator, a microwave and a coffee maker. Quality towels were in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Staff kept everything well stocked.

coffee machine breakfast options friendly staff clean towels
The free coffee machine was a HUGE plus. Breakfast had good options. The staff were EXTREMELY friendly and efficient. My room had fragrant toiletries and plenty of clean towels.
The gym was a bit small, only equipped with some dumbbells.

The hot buffet breakfast included potato wedges and scrambled eggs. There were also pancakes and waffles available. The pool was deep. The hot tub was relaxing. Free underground parking was a HUGE plus.
the reception lady seemed short with me. The garage was narrow and had low ceilings. i noticed a sour, wet odor upon entering.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
small breakfast area early charge
The breakfast area was too small. It became very crowded each morning. The hotel attempted to charge my card early and then applied a cancellation fee while I was en route. This occurred because my card requires two-step verification (a standard security measure these days).
